DMCA Policy

1. Overview
KooAds respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the KooAds platform that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Platform, please notify our copyright agent as described below.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following information:

Your DMCA takedown notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or specific page reference).
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
4. Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent.
5. Counter-Notification Requirements
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, KooAds has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
7. Good Faith & Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Do not make false claims. Before filing a DMCA notice, please make sure that you actually have the right to make such a claim.
